Setting up your network for a share house

Typical share house scenario, you split the internet between X house mates, and there's that one faggot who downloads all of your quoted usage and more in the first 2 days leading to you being capped for the rest of the month.

Solution.
Depending on your internet setup you need a router capable of having Gargoyle firmware installed.
